You must not use ConnectingQR for unlawful activity, harassment, threats, impersonation, spam, scams, malware, phishing, unlawful or rights-infringing content, unauthorised publication of personal information, malicious QR destinations, security bypasses, scraping, attacks, or service disruption. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or report suspected unlawful activity.

3. QR Codes and Content

You are responsible for content, links, contacts, messages, and QR codes you submit. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions. QR codes may be copied or scanned by others; do not encode confidential information unless you accept that risk.

4. Emergency Features

5. Advertising

ConnectingQR may display advertisements from us or third parties. We do not guarantee advertised products or services. Your dealings with advertisers are between you and the advertiser.

6. Messages and Moderation

Messages may be stored, processed, backed up, reviewed, or disclosed when reasonably necessary to deliver the service, investigate abuse or threats, resolve disputes, comply with law, or protect users and the public. We are not responsible for user-generated content or conduct.
